Build The Foundation That Everything Else Depends On

THE PILLARS OF LATIN TECHNIQUE:

Every successful dancer relies on the same core principles. Throughout the weekend we'll explore the technical foundations that influence every dance, every figure, and every performance—giving you tools you can immediately apply across your dancing.

SPINS & TURNS

Learn how great turns are built—not through force, but through coordination. Discover how alignment, timing, balance, momentum, footwork, and body organization work together to create more consistent, effortless turns.

UPPER & LOWER BODY COORDINATION

One of the biggest challenges in Latin dancing is learning how the upper and lower body communicate without fighting each other. Develop a deeper understanding of how the frame, torso, hips, legs, and feet work together to create movement that feels connected and efficient.

FRAME THAT MOVES

Frame isn't something you hold.
It's something you continuously organize while moving.
Learn how to create a responsive upper body that remains connected to your movement instead of becoming stiff or disconnected.

MOVEMENT QUALITY

Strong technique isn't only about correct positions—it's about how movement travels through the body.

Explore how timing, body action, weight placement, elasticity, and dynamic control create dancing that feels alive rather than mechanical.

BUILD SKILLS THAT TRANSFER TO EVERY DANCE

Rather than learning isolated routines, you'll develop principles that improve Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive alike.

These are universal concepts you'll continue using long after the camp has ended.
