Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using Ina’s Private Coaching Program (“Program”) offered by Ina’s Dance Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By checking the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box at checkout and completing your purchase, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1. Program Description

Ina’s Private Coaching Program is a recurring monthly membership that includes the following deliverables each billing cycle:

• A personalized video review from Ina Jeliazkova, featuring annotated screen-share analysis with voiceover commentary and drawing annotations of your submitted practice video

• A companion video in which Ina dances your exact routine for side-by-side comparison

• Custom lesson prescriptions selected from the Ina’s Dance Academy lesson library based on your review

• Full access to the Ina’s Dance Academy online lesson library (complimentary during your first month; included with ongoing membership)

• Weekly live master classes

• 24/7 member support via email and member dashboard

• Access to the private member community

• Exclusive access to purchase tickets for in-person seminars and events (ticket costs are separate and not included in membership fees)

Deliverables are subject to timely submission of your practice video through the designated submission process. If you do not submit a video during a billing cycle, your monthly review will not carry over to a future month and no credit or refund will be issued for that cycle.

2. Subscription and Recurring Billing

THIS IS A RECURRING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU AUTHORIZE RECURRING CHARGES TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.

a) First month: $149, charged at the time of purchase.

b) Ongoing membership: $99 per month, charged automatically beginning 30 days after your initial purchase date and continuing on the same date each month thereafter.

c) All charges are billed to the payment method you provide at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

d) If a scheduled payment fails, we may reattempt the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your membership may be suspended or terminated.

You acknowledge and agree that no additional notice or confirmation is required before each recurring charge. Your agreement at checkout constitutes authorization for all future charges until you cancel.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

• Emailing support@inasdanceacademy.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”

• Submitting a cancellation request through your member dashboard

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to Program materials and deliverables through the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

We will send a confirmation email upon processing your cancellation request. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us again to ensure your request was received.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized, digital nature of the Program deliverables:

• All payments are final and non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle or for months in which you did not submit a practice video.

• If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support@inasdanceacademy.com within 30 days of the charge in question. We will review your account and work to resolve the issue directly.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@inasdanceacademy.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns promptly and fairly.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge the following:

• You authorized the initial charge and all subsequent recurring charges when you completed your purchase and checked the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box at checkout.

• This agreement, along with your purchase confirmation email and transaction records, serves as evidence of your informed consent to the charges described herein.

• In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to contest the dispute using these Terms, your checkout confirmation, transaction history, and records of your access to and use of Program materials as evidence.

• If a chargeback is filed, your membership and access to all Program materials will be immediately suspended pending resolution.

• You agree to be responsible for any fees, costs, or penalties incurred by Ina’s Dance Academy as a result of a chargeback that is determined to be unwarranted.

6. Video Submissions and Content Rights

When you submit a practice video for review, you grant Ina’s Dance Academy a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• View, analyze, and annotate your video for the purpose of delivering your personalized review

• Create the companion routine video based on the choreography shown in your submission

• Retain your submission and review materials in our records for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes

We will not publicly share, distribute, or use your submitted videos for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate, explicit written consent. Your video submissions remain your property.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Program—including but not limited to video reviews, companion routine videos, lesson prescriptions, master class recordings, and Academy lesson content—is the proprietary intellectual property of Ina’s Dance Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any Program content without our express written permission. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Program content solely for your own private, non-commercial dance training purposes.

8. Disclaimer

Ina’s Dance Academy provides dance training content and personalized coaching feedback. We do not guarantee specific competitive results, placements, scores, or outcomes. Individual results vary based on your dedication, practice consistency, physical condition, and many other factors outside our control. The Program is intended to complement—not replace—your in-person training with your professional dance instructor.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued membership after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.

CONSENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By checking the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box and completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand these Terms in their entirety.

• You agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You authorize the initial charge of $149 and all subsequent recurring monthly charges of $99 to the payment method you provide.

• You understand this is a recurring monthly subscription that will continue until you cancel.

• You understand how to cancel your membership and that cancellation stops future charges only—no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
